<p>Provided is a medal cooling device in a medal die graving device which does not make a medal buyer have uncomfortable feeling caused by the generation of heat when the medal buyer touches a medal by holding the medal which is die formed by a die forming mechanism for a predetermined period of time in the device, and then offering the medal, and which can suppress the period of time until the medal is offered to a minimum. An original medal (78) dropped through a guide rail (77) of the die forming mechanism is rolled by a rolling roller and a die fitting roller and the design of the die is transferred. The medal on which the design is formed is held by a medal receiving plate (2) of a temporary medal holding mechanism (1) for a predetermined period of time, and then ejected by use of the inclination of the medal receiving plate (2). Heat generated by a die forming motion is dissipated at the medal receiving (2). Thus, the buyer never has uncomfortable feeling when the buyer touches the medal.</p> |
