A marketing engineer solution-hunter is provided to increase correctness selecting a desired targeting category by supporting a function for extracting a target list based on a data mining technique, which predicts future profitability and cross buying probability based on realize value of a customer. An RFM(Recency, Frequency, Monetary) module classifies customers based on buying recency, frequency, and monetary. An MBA(Market Basket Analysis) module classifies the customers based on purchased goods, and calculates POB(Probability Of Buying) and a buying amount of a target category by each classified customer group. A targeting module selects target customers efficiently based on marketing property. |
