An electric thermal pipe and manufacturing methods thereof is provided to increase heat efficiency and prolong service life by forming heating wire in the center of carbon load, and then wrapping it with synthetic resin pipe. An electric thermal pipe and manufacturing methods thereof comprises a step for supplying a heating wire(8), mixing carbon powder and adhesive resin powder to a first extrusion part; a first step which extrudes the carbon rod so that the heating wire is located in the core of the carbon rod(6); and a second step which extrudes the synthetic resin pipe(4) as if it covers up the carbon rod with the pressure screw of the second extrusion part. Multiple groove portions are formed in the outer surface of the carbon rod. The heating wire and the synthetic resin material are carried by the extrusion screw. |
