摘要 <p>The device (1) for treating and disposing sewage sludge useful for intermixing in a clay mass for ceramic casting, comprises a reception area, a pressure chamber (2) gas-tightly lockable and heatable below the reception area, and a transport tub (5) fillable with the sewage sludge. A reaction chamber for the production of lime sandstone or similar artificial stones is used as the pressure chamber connectable with a steam-pressure producer (3). A stream pressure of 16 bar and a temperature of 203[deg] C are provided in the reaction chamber for treating the sewage sludge. The device (1) for treating and disposing sewage sludge useful for intermixing in a clay mass for ceramic casting, comprises a reception area, a pressure chamber (2) gas-tightly lockable and heatable below the reception area, and a transport tub (5) fillable with the sewage sludge. A reaction chamber for the production of lime sandstone or similar artificial stones is used as the pressure chamber connectable with a steam-pressure producer (3). A steam pressure of 16 bar and a temperature of 203[deg] C are provided in the reaction chamber for treating the sewage sludge. In the reaction chamber, pressure conditions and temperature conditions are adjustable, with which a thermal splitting (pyrolysis) of the sewage sludge and its complete transformation to a coal sludge or definable end product as slack are caused by an exothermal reaction. The end product treated in the reaction chamber and/or the transport tub is intended as combustion aggregates in heating plants, cement plants or industrial plants during the disposal. The transport tub is sustainable with a quantity of sewage sludge in the closed reaction chamber for a reaction period of 12 hours. A pre-dried sludge is filled in the transport tub. Operatable reaction chambers arranged next to each other and parallel to each other are intended as parts of a processing unit for larger quantities of gathered sludge. A conveying system receiving the displaceable transport tub is intended in the area of the reaction chamber. The transport tub supporting as conveying system and rail section guiding into the reactor are intended. The conveying system of the transport tub has connections to a charging zone and a discharging zone. The transport tub cooperates with a filling device intended for filling with pre-dried sewage sludge and with a discharging device for further-conveying the slack-product obtained from the reaction chamber after pyrolysis. Supply lines connected with a collecting bin for the sludge in the area of the filling device are enterable into the transport tub. A conveying line adds catalysts, technical citric acid or additives to the sludge in the area of the filling device. A tilting station receives the transport tub guidable from the reaction chamber in the area of the discharging device and the end product contained in the transport tub. The pyrolysis-end product removable from the transport tub is conveyable into a transport vehicle and in a silo. The sludge filled in an inner chamber of the transport tub is aeratably coming from the region of the walls of the tub and/or is movable by additional parts. The walls of the transport tub are provided with channels acting as a steam inlet in the sludge. The transport tub is connectable with an aerating device having pipelines and/or pressure pipes enterable in the sludge. The transport tub with the aerating device cooperates according to the type of an agitator intervening in the sludge.</p>
