FUEL INJECTION VALVE

A fuel injection valve is provided to prevent the corrosion of a spring pin by coating the surface of a spring with a material having a low reactivity to sulfur. A fuel injection valve comprises a main body(12) formed in the lower part of fuel channel(20); a valve member(30) arranged in a fuel channel; a compression spring(24) arranged in the fuel channel; and a spring pin(22) pressed in the fuel channel. The main body includes a fuel injection opening(42). The valve member moves between a first location and a second position. The first position is the position where the valve member closes the fuel injection opening. The second position is the position in which the valve member opens the fuel injection opening. The compression spring presses the valve member towards the first position. The surface of the spring pin is made from the material having a low reactivity to sulfur.
