A liquid crystal lens electrically driven and a stereoscopy display device are provided to improve the user's viewing quality by minimizing the generation of a cross-talk. A first and a second substrate are facing each other. A first electrode(105) is formed on the first substrate correspond to the edge part of each lens region. A second electrode(103) is formed through the center(O) interval of adjacent left and right lens domain. A black matrix layer(101) is formed to pass the border of the lens region from the column direction. A third electrode is formed in the front side of a second substrate. A liquid crystal layer is filled between the first substrate and the second substrate.
