<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio terminal capable of reducing messages from a link control part to a handover control part, and suppressing erroneous decision of handover. <P>SOLUTION: The radio terminal 10 comprises: an MIH user 14 for controlling mobility from a first network to a second network; and an MIH function part 13 for controlling the handover from the first network to the second network. The MIH function part 13 notifies a link control part 12 of a condition setting request including a first deciding logical expression being a condition for starting setting of the second network and the radio link, and a second deciding logical expression being a condition for executing the handover from the first network to the second network. The first deciding logical expression and the second deciding logical expression show combination of threshold satisfied by a plurality of radio parameters in the first network and the set radio link. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
