<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin film solar cell module which can reduce an electric resistance loss around each of through holes through which photoelectric conversion elements having improved environmental resistance are electrically connected, and also a method of manufacturing the thin film solar cell module. <P>SOLUTION: In the method of manufacturing the thin film solar cell module in which through holes 21, 22 passed through thin film photoelectric conversion elements 1 are formed at a flexible plastic substrate 11 having the plurality of mutually-connected, thin-film photoelectric conversion elements 1 formed thereon, the through holes 21, 22 are buried with printed electrodes 23. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
