<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To substantially shorten a time required for maintenance work of a protective controlling device and to enable the work to be carried out reliably and efficiently. <P>SOLUTION: The protective controlling device is provided with: an analog/digital conversion means 32, which inputs analog electric quantity outputted from a protection target apparatus and outputs it as time-series digital data; a memory 30, which stores relay set values, various data, and the like; an operation means 33, which executes a relay arithmetic operation with the digital data and the relay set values outputted from the analog/digital conversion means 32, a tripping sequence arithmetic operation related to this result of the relay arithmetic operation, and an automatic monitoring process of internal elements and a process corresponding to demands from an external interface. Furthermore, an interface 362 for auxiliary memory medium is provided as an external interface. The operation means 33 always checks whether or not the auxiliary memory medium 4 is connected to the interface 362 for the auxiliary memory medium. After putting the auxiliary memory medium 4 into a readable and writable state, processes required for the maintenance work of the protective controlling device 3 are executed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
