PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain high calibration accuracy in an optical sensor device. SOLUTION: This optical sensor device is equipped with a sensor optical system for condensing incident light; a detector for converting light condensed by the sensor optical system into an electric signal; a signal processing part for performing signal processing as calibration for determining correction data to the electric signal converted by the detector; a data accumulation part for accumulating the correction data determined by the calibration by the signal processing part; and a pinhole structure part arranged on the incidence side of the sensor optical system at a calibration time by the signal processing part, for diffusing light entering the sensor optical system by diffraction actions by a plurality of pinholes.
