PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress fuel leakage without hastening wear of seat surfaces, in a fuel injection control device of a twin needle type provided with a "double seat structure" on the side of an outer needle valve. SOLUTION: In this fuel injection control device, a nozzle chamber R1 storing fuel having rail pressure Pc has: an outer nozzle chamber R1a formed outside of the outer side surface of the outer needle valve 42; and an inner nozzle chamber R1b formed between the inner side surface of the outer needle valve 42 and the outer side surface of an inner needle valve 43. The seat portion 42b of the outer needle valve 42 has: an outer seat surface 42b1 connecting or disconnecting the outer nozzle chamber R1a to or from a first nozzle port 41a by being separated from or abutting on an outer valve seat surface 41c; and an inner seat surface 42b2 connecting or disconnecting the inner nozzle chamber R1b to or from the first nozzle port 41a by being separated from or abutting on the outer valve seat surface 41c.
