PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide oil tank structure, suitably adjusting a temperature by cooling oil flowing therein, and preventing supercooling. SOLUTION: The oil tank structure comprises: a tank part 11; a cooling part 12 covering at least a part of an outer periphery of the tank part to constitute a passage 15 for high temperature, in which one end of the passage for high temperature is connected to an inlet port for high temperature of the tank part; a discharge port 141 for high temperature to which the other end of the passage for high temperature is connected; a discharge port 142 for low temperature connected to an inlet port for high temperature of the tank part to constitute a passage for low temperature; a switching means 14 having an oil guide port 140; an oil inlet port 13 connected to the oil guide port; and a bubble separator 17. In the oil tank structure, the switching means switches between the passage for low temperature and the passage for high temperature with cooling part, thereby keeping the oil within a suitable temperature range.
