PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foot warmer capable of effectively mitigating the symptom of to feel a cold by preventing a user from feeling warmth in foot before even the inner side of the toe is sufficiently warmed or from feeling cool after a bath, and, further, comfortably warming the foot by preventing even a person with next generation type to feel a cold from being inhibited in the normal work of autonomic nerves. SOLUTION: The foot warmer is the device which is formed to cover at least the whole foot from the toe to the ankle of the user and where a warming member (3) is arranged along an internal surface opposing the feet. The warming member is arranged, so as to allow a heat discharge amount per unit area on the internal surface to be discharged toward the feet to be reduced toward a heel side from a toe side.
