PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive electric rice cooker of a simple structure, which can dry off and remove the moisture attached to the inside of the inner lid without increasing power consumption. SOLUTION: The electric rice cooker includes inner pot 17 for ingredient to be cooked, a cooker body 1 in which the inner pod 17 is removably stored when the upper surface is opened, a heating means 6 of the inner pod 17, a controller 12 for controlling the heating means 6, and a lid member 20 for opening and closing the opening of the cooker body 1. The lid member 20 comprises an upper lid 24 with opening at the lower part, a middle lid 40 fixed in the lower opening of the upper lid 24, an inner lid 50 provided removably at the lower part of the middle lid 40 and an intermediate member 55 having a lid heater 57 on its upper surface and vertically provided between the middle lid 40 and the inner lid 50.
