PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a container with a shaking-out opening, which is opened by pushing an opening part of a lid material toward a closed-end container side from the outside through the shaking-out opening under a condition that an over-cap with the shaking-out opening covers over the lid material and is fitted in a flange part. SOLUTION: The container with a shaking-out opening is equipped with: a closed-end container with a flange part on the upper circular opening part; a lid material; and an over-cap with the shaking-out opening equipped with the shaking-out opening part. The container with the shaking-out opening is characterized in that: first, second and third half-cut lines are formed, a predetermined piece for forming an opening surrounded with the first, second and third half-cut lines is provided; the predetermined piece for forming the opening of the lid material and the shaking-out opening of the shaking-out opening part of the over-cap with the shaking-out opening, have approximately the same sizes; and the opening is opened by pushing the opening part toward the closed-end container side from the outside through the shaking-out opening.
