A light guide composition and a light guide are provided to ensure more bright illumination characteristic by exhibiting the uniform luminous intensity through the total length. A light guide composition comprises non-yellowing polyurethane resin 58~88 weight%, isophorone diisocynate 10~25 weight% as a hardener, polyproplene glycol 1~7 weight% as non-yellowing polyurethane resin curing accelerator, dibutyltin dilaurate 1~10 weight% as a hardener curing accelerator.
