An apparatus for supplying vehicle tires is provided to automatically supply tires in the right mounting direction in a tire assembling line by vertically standing horizontally supplied tires, thereby reducing tire mounting space and equipment while reducing the damage to the tires. Each square mounting frame(103) is mounted by hinge elements to a rectangular base frame(101) which is mounted on a floor surface. A rotation unit(200) is mounted on a front surface of the mounting frame and driven by a motor for rotating a circular sprocket housing(205) of a rotation unit by a predetermined angle. A conveying unit(300) is mounted in the sprocket housing and driven by the motor to operate a plurality of conveyor roller(311) so as to convey tires. A tilting unit(400) is mounted between the base frame and the mounting frame for tilting an upper part of the mounting frame by a predetermined angle with respect to the base frame by cylinder operation.
