A method for manufacturing color asphalt concrete using colorless asphalt is provided to reduce generation of cold-crack by relieving appropriately rigidity at winter time and to generate no miniature deformation at summer time. A method for manufacturing color asphalt concrete using colorless asphalt comprises steps of: heating urethane chip of which a foaming rate is 30% or more and a size is 2mm or less at 60-120°C using an indirect heating method and gelling a surface; injecting and mixing urethane or the colorless asphalt binder 0.01-0.03 parts by weight, one or their mixture of cement and calcium carbonates of 0.01-0.03 parts by weight into 1 part by weight of gelled urethane chip in the surface; cooling and cutting the mixture and manufacturing urethane coating chip; and mixing the urethane coating chip with colorless asphalt and aggregate, filler, pigment such as colorless asphalt and the aggregate.
