<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circuit board and an electronic device, capable of suitably matching impedance at a crossing part in the configuration wherein a microstrip line and another signal line cross. <P>SOLUTION: In a first layer 50a, a first signal line 50c and a reference potential part 50d electrically connected to a reference potential are formed. In a second layer 50b, a reference potential part 50e disposed facing the first signal line 50c and electrically connected to the reference potential and a second signal line 50g electrically separately disposed across the reference potential part 50e are formed. In the second layer 50b, a conductive member 50f is mounted on the reference potential part 50e, and the conductive member 50f electrically connects the second signal line 50g electrically separately disposed across the reference potential part 50e. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
