<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress performance deterioration of a fuel cell caused by decrease of a moisture content of an electrolyte membrane. <P>SOLUTION: The fuel cell 100 has a laminated structure in which a hydrogen passage formation part 410 and an air passage formation part 430 are respectively arranged on both sides of a seal member integrated MEA, and separators 300 are arranged on the both sides of them. The average pore size Da of pores Ha of the hydrogen passage formation part 410 is formed at Da=0.6t.
