OSCILLATING BODY APPARATUS AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oscillating body apparatus having resonance frequency variable in a wide range, and to provide a method of manufacturing the same.

SOLUTION: The oscillating body apparatus includes: a support; a movable part; an elastic supporting part which elastically connects the support and the movable part around an oscillating axis; and a driving means for driving the movable part. The elastic supporting part has a plurality of springs and at least one spring constant adjustment member which connects the plurality of springs together.
