PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grease composition improving the lubrication life at high temperatures and suitable for rotating sites or sliding sites used at high-temperature and high-speed rotation and to provide a rolling bearing obtained by sealing the grease composition and suitable for use at the high-temperature and high-speed rotation. SOLUTION: The grease composition comprises a diurea compound in which the terminal is a hydrocarbon group having an ether bond as a thickener. The rolling bearing freely rollably holds a plurality of rolling elements between an inner ring and an outer ring and is obtained by sealing the grease composition. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
