PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce an end surface-sealed hollow structural sheet which keeps an end surface flat while high sealability is materialized and needs no high working precision when the end surface of a hollow structural thermoplastic resin sheet having a hollow part such as a plastic corrugated board or a bubble board is sealed. SOLUTION: With the end surface 21c to be sealed of the hollow structural sheet 21, one plate surface 22a of an end surface-sealed sheet 22 which is prepared separately, has a size enough to cover the end surface 21c, and is made of the same thermoplastic resin as that of the hollow structural sheet 21 is brought into contact. A heat bar 24 is contacted with the other plate surface 22b of the end surface-sealed sheet 22, and the end surface 21c is heated with the end surface-sealed sheet 22 and softened.
