PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact accumulation device which feeds proper power according to characteristics of a load. SOLUTION: The accumulation device comprises an accumulation element E for storing power, and a boosting circuit for boosting and feeding an output of the accumulation element. The boosting circuit comprises: a transformer T in which one end of a primary winding P is connected to one end of the accumulation element; a switching element Q connected between the other end of the primary winding of the transformer and the other end of the accumulation element; a first diode D1 in which an anode is connected to one terminal of a secondary winding S and to one terminal of the accumulation element in common, and a cathode is connected to an output terminal; and a second terminal D2 in which an anode is connected to the other terminal of the secondary winding of the transformer, and a cathode is connected to the cathode of the first diode. A capacity of a current of the first diode is not smaller than that of a rush current flowing to a load from the output terminal, and capacities of currents of the transformer, the switching element and the second diode are smaller than that of the rush current.
