PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel n-type organic semiconductor material that ensures easy handling in the atmosphere. SOLUTION: The organic semiconductor element includes a bonding part 5 between an organic semiconductor layer 2 formed of perfluoro-based ion-exchange resin or hydrocarbon-based ion-exchange resin and a metallic layer 3 consisting of noble metal-based metal selected from among gold, silver, platinum, nickel, palladium, ruthenium, rhodium, osmium or iridium.
