PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor scooter type vehicle with sufficient intake performance provided in an air cleaner and sufficient storage capacity provided in a storage box. SOLUTION: The motor scooter type vehicle comprises an air cleaner 41 disposed between a power unit 15 and a storage box 45 in a side view and supported by the power unit 15, a fuel tank 47 is disposed behind the storage box 45, a gap 68 is provided between the rear side face of the storage box 45 and the front side face of the fuel tank 47, and a duct 71 is positioned in the vicinity of the gap 68 when the power unit 15 rocks and the air cleaner 41 approaches the storage box 45.
