PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide polyester blended yarns which have an excellent water-repellent performance even in a state that the yarns are not processed into a fiber structure such as a fabric and then subjected to a water-repellent treatment, and little causes the deterioration of the water-repellent performance due to their employment for a long period, repeated washing treatments and the like, and have a high repellent property and excellent slimy touch similar to that of wool, and to provide a fabric including the same. SOLUTION: The blended yarns having a sheath-core structure, obtained by subjecting polyester fibers A having a boiling water shrinkage percentage of≤5% and single fiber fineness of≤4 dtex and containing a specific esterifying silicone and polyester fibers B having a boiling water shrinkage percentage of≥8% and a single fiber fineness of 3 to 10 dtex to entanglement and then to a shrinking treatment; and a fabric containing the blended yarns.
