PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile terminal device which can reduce interference of mounted electronic components with each other and whose case can be made compact. SOLUTION: The mobile terminal device includes the case, a circuit substrate 60 which is provided in the case and on which a radio circuit 61a and a control circuit 62a are mounted, and a battery 46 arranged in the case to supply power supply voltage to the radio circuit 61a and the control circuit 62a, wherein the circuit substrate 60 has a first mounting part 61 on which the radio circuit 61a is arranged, a second mounting part 62 on which the control circuit 62a is arranged, a notch part 64 formed between the first mounting part 61 and the second mounting part 62 to partition the first mounting part 61 and the second mounting part 62, and an intermediate mounting part 63 connecting one end side of the first mounting part 61 to one end side of the second mounting part 62 and formed adjacently to the notch part 64, and the battery 46 is arranged at the notch part 64.
