<p>A linear actuator unit for ensuring smooth motion of a slide member (2) and high positioning precision by suppressing flexure of a magnet rod (30) as much as possible while achieving downsizing through utilization of a rod type linear motor (3). The linear actuator unit includes a guide shaft (1) of a magnetic body formed tubularly to have a hollow portion (10) and provided with a stripe of opening (12) along the axial direction, a slide member (2) capable of reciprocal motion freely along the guide shaft (1), a magnet rod (30) supported at the opposite ends thereof in the hollow portion (10) of the guide shaft (1), a forcer (31) arranged around the magnet rod (30) in the hollow portion (10) of the guide shaft (1) to constitute the linear motor (3) in conjunction with the magnet rod (30) and coupled with the slide member (2) through the opening (12) of the guide shaft (1), and a rod correction plate (34) of a magnetic body stretching from the slide member (2) back and forth in the moving direction thereof to close the opening (12) of the guide shaft (1).</p>
