In an interaction device, an interaction system, and a computer program having telephones (2, 2, ) and an interaction device (1) for interacting the telephones (2, 2, ) with one another, the interaction device (1) communicates with each of the telephones (2, 2, ), detects the conversation state of the telephones (2, 2, ), judges, if the conversation state of one telephone (2) changes into a first state, whether or not the conversation state of another telephone (2) preset as a telephone (2) to be interacted with the one telephone (2) is in a second state on the basis of the detected conversation state. When judging that the another telephone (2) is in the second state, the interaction device (1) determines an interaction processing for allowing the another telephone (2) to execute and transmits an instruction indicating the determined interaction processing to the another telephone (2). The another telephone (2) then executes the processing according to the received instruction.
