A defect state automatic detection of the tool cutter for the numerically controlled machine tools is provided to make the detection to the deformity of the tool cutter easier since the tool cutter touch of the touch operation bracket is used. A defect state automatic detection of the tool cutter for the numerically controlled machine tools comprises an installation unit having a bolt groove(111) for being combined with the machine tool, a body(100) which has a micro-switch installation unit(120) in inside, a touch micro-switch(200) which is installed on the inside switch installation unit, and transmits the electronic signal information about the minute pressure to a control apparatus, a touch operation bracket(300) having a hinge pin(310), a tool cutter touch unit(320), and the operation volume controlling element(330), an elastic spring(400) installed between the touch operation bracket and bottom body.
