A sunroof assembly of a vehicle is provided to minimize wind noise and drone sound by moving a deflector optimally in the vertical direction according to an opening degree of a sunroof glass. A sunroof glass(53) is mounted on a roof panel. A steel bar(61) is fixed to a sunroof rail at an end and moves vertically according to the opening degree of the sunroof glass at the other end. A deflector(70) is mounted to the other end of the steel bar for moving vertically, wherein the vertical movement is restrained by a movement restraining unit(80).
