A cleaning sheet and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to simplify cleaning work by easily collecting impurities from an article to clean and realize the recycling of the cleaning sheet. A collecting part(60) is formed of micro fibers in the sheet shape for the adsorption of impurities. A protrusion part(70) is formed on the collecting part for separating the impurities from an article where the impurities are stuck. The protrusion part includes fabric pieces fixed to the collecting part by adhesive and is formed of fiber materials having the stiffness higher than the collecting part.
