The covering plate (4) for floor covering, comprises a supporting plate (6) and a decorative plate (5). The supporting plate consists of foamed polyurethane. The front area of the covering plate has a band that has an adhesive or cured sealing (2) out of elastomeric material on its side turned to the upper side (15) of the covering plate. The band is connected with the covering plate through foaming and forms the covering plate. The decorative plate is formed in contact area with the sealing in slanted manner.
