<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a solar cell module disposed on a roof of a vehicle from being damaged even if the solar cell module is moved. <P>SOLUTION: The solar cell device 1a disposed on the vehicle V having the roof R with optical transparency is provided with the solar cell module 14 having solar cells 14b for converting optical energy to electricity.
