<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that it takes much time for a user to specify a desired print instruction when executing print processing in a printer operated by the user when instruction information is displayed in a list without considering situations of printing, in a system wherein a plurality of printers are installed in a plurality of areas such as offices in a distributed manner. <P>SOLUTION: A printing system 1 includes terminals 3A to 3D used for inputting instruction information, an instruction information management server 2 for managing the instruction information, printers 4A to 4D for executing print processing, and a network 10. The instruction information management server 2 includes an instruction information acquisition means 200 for acquiring instruction information including contents of print processing and printing place information, a retrieval information acquisition means 201 for acquiring retrieval information including request place information of printers 4A to 4D which have requested list information, a generation means for generating list information composed of the instruction information on the basis of the acquired retrieval information, and a screen information providing means 203 for providing screen information including the generated list information to the printer which has requested the screen information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
