<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an education support device and an electronic teaching material enabling a user to improve services to customers and build a relationship of trust with customers through acquiring the skill in the operation of preparing documents and verifying the prepared documents. <P>SOLUTION: An image of a personal property research table as a form image is displayed as a form page. A user clicks, with a mouse that is a pointing device, any item column in the image of the personal property research table form. For example, by clicking the "total floor space of building" column R1, the "total floor space of building" column R1 is highlighted and an item column description page P8 containing a description image G1 concerning the item column is displayed.
