PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of assembling an electronic circuit board which method prevents a welding failure on the front end of a bus bar even if the front ends of bus bars are arranged densely on a board. SOLUTION: According to the method of assembling the electronic circuit, a masking plate made of a conductive material has a first opening with an opening portion in which a terminal pair consisting of a combination of a bus bar terminal and an electronic component terminal arranged counter to each other is inserted to set both terminals close to each other, and a second opening having an opening width larger than that of the first opening. The masking plate is placed on a bus bar, and the terminal pair is inserted in the second opening. The masking plate or the terminal pair is then slid relative to each other to insert the terminal pair in the first opening. Current is supplied to a welder, which has a positive electrode and a negative electrode one of which is connected to a torch while the other is connected to the masking plate, to weld the terminal pair.
