PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve development cost reduction and development period shortening by easily performing the development/change of a user interface. SOLUTION: A picture element definition part 4 edits the definition of a picture display/input component for an interface and its content. A picture element initialization functioning part 5 registers the picture display/input component on the picture display part 1, and registers a display/input control component or editing function component in a display/input mediation control part 2. The picture display part displays the picture display/input component, and displays data input to that. The display/input mediation control part notifies an application function/data part 3 of a request owned by the display/input control component or the editing function component as a request interface.
