PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device tightly installed to a wall for making use of an effect of being thin. SOLUTION: In this display device 1 equipped with a place-on stand 2, an opening 5 is formed on an installation side of the place-on stand 2 so that air intake can be done from the installation side. The display device is provided with an inlet port 9, a duct 8, and an exhaust port 10. Thereby, the display device 1 can be tightly installed to the wall while fully cooling the place-on stand 2.
