PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite container with a spout having a frame and the spout integrally resin-molded and having a bottom section formed by folding, in a resin-molded composite container formed by inserting in a metal mold a blank panel mainly comprising a laminated sheet. SOLUTION: The resin-molded composite container with a spout is resin-molded by inserting a blank panel in a metal mold. The blank panel is provided with a side face blank forming the side face part of the container and a bottom face blank forming the bottom part of the container extended from the side face blank. The side face blank is cylindrically formed and a spout is integrally formed on the opening of the tubular side face blank 1.
