PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine capable of easily replenishing tokens or the like to a hopper which stores and puts out game media such as tokens. SOLUTION: The game machine with the hopper comprises: a game medium feed part; and a movable part provided with a fed game medium path for guiding the game media fed from the game medium feed part to the hopper and a game medium replenishing opening formed on the back surface side of the game machine relative to the fed game medium path, for which the fed game medium path and the game medium replenishing opening are formed so as to be pulled out integrally in the game machine. The game medium replenishing opening is slid to the front surface side of the game machine as the result of pulling out the movable part from the game machine when replenishing the game media, and the slid game medium replenishing opening matches with the hopper so as to replenish the game media to the hopper.
