<p>The present invention concerns a card for recording data for opto-electronic reading, of the type used in test-type documentation systems, examinations, clinical reports, epidemiological research and the like, which include at least one part to be filled in by the interested party with their personal details, incorporating a plurality of premarks (1) intended for the user to make manual markings thereon, characterised in that each premark (1) corresponding to a real letter, incorporates a second premark (3) formed by three small signs (3), distributed at the vertices of an imaginary triangle, in such a way that said signs can be joined by the user by means of lines (4) or rectilinear markings which correspond formally and positionally with the different types of accents in use.</p> |
