<p>A pharmaceutical composition comprising therapeutic amount of taxanes, surfactant, latent solvent and stabilizing agent, wherein the latent solvent is selected from one or more of glycerin, polyethylene glycol, or propylene glycol, and the stabilizing agent is sulfoacid or sulfonate, or a mixture of different sulfonates. The composition is injection or frozen powder injection. The compositon can improve the solubility and stability of taxanes. The preparation and use of the pharmaceutical composition are also disclosed.</p> |
