A license plate lamp assembly for vehicles is provided to reduce cost by commonly using a part mounting bracket as a license plate lamp housing and part mounting bracket for mounting the license plate lamp housing to the back panel molding of the vehicles are integrally formed. A license plate lamp-lens(400) is fixed to a lower part of a license plate lamp housing(100). A license plate lamp(300) is mounted on the inner side of the license plate lamp housing. A license plate lamp housing is integrally formed with a part mounting bracket(200) fixed to a back panel molding. In the part mounting bracket, car appurtenances toward the back panel molding of vehicles are mounted. The license plate lamp is mounted on the license plate lamp housing to be inclined.
