A method and an apparatus for measuring absorption and desorption rate of acidic gas are provided to improve economic efficiency by allowing ten or more kinds of absorbent reaction speed tests to be performed at the same time. An apparatus for measuring absorption and desorption rate of acidic gas comprises a gas container(10) supplying the gas, a reaction bath(20) which contains the absorbent inside while being connected to the gas container hermetically, an oil container(30) connected to the bottom of the gas container hermetically in order to deliver the gas in the gas container to the reaction bath, a constant temperature bath(40) in which the reaction bath is agitated by an agitator, and a reaction bath condenser(50) which is arranged in a connection pipe of the reaction bath connected to the gas container.
