<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a meat paste product and a cereal powder product each using konjac paste, evenly mixable with a meat material even if increasing a mixing ratio of konjac paste, and free from causing such problems that in the case of using ordinary konjac paste, shrinkage by drip or heating easily occurs, and it is difficult to give a paste product soft and juicy texture, and a rice powder product, such as bread and cake spoils the texture sensation. <P>SOLUTION: The meat paste product and cereal powder product are obtained, by mixing konjac paste which shows irreversibility by freezing with a meat food material. The konjac's paste can be mixed uniformly with the meat material at a mixing ratio of 20-80 wt.%, and is free of spoiling the texture of the meat paste product and cereal powder product. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
