<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic medical chart device with inputting as simplified as possible. <P>SOLUTION: A control means displays an individual dedicated input screen, such as a progress input screen related to patient's chief complaint, medical doctor's observation, etc., a prescription input screen related to treatment, medication, etc., and a disease name input screen related to a name of disease, on the display means according to an instruction, and stores to control data inputted thereinto in the medical examination information file. A sheet setting means is capable of setting two or more input items of a progress input item related to the patient's chief complaint, medical doctor's observation, etc., a prescription input item related to the treatment, medication, etc., and a disease name input item related to the name of disease, mixed together on a single sheet.
