<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a body composition measuring instrument for women taking account of individual difference. <P>SOLUTION: This body composition measuring instrument is provided with a current application electrode, a voltage measuring electrode, and a computing means for measuring a bioelectric impedance from values measured using the electrodes and finding a body composition from the bioelectric impedance. This instrument is further provided with a storage means for storing the values of body compositions, and an individual difference calculation means for taking statistics and learning on the fluctuation rate of the body compositions based on the stored values of the body compositions and calculating the individual difference. This instrument is characterized in having an advice means advising on the body composition according to the individual difference calculated by the individual difference calculation means. The fluctuation rate of the body compositions is a difference between the body weights of the last three days or the fluctuation in the body fat percentage, and this measured value.
