摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily apply an oil repellent agent in an appropriate range in a tapered seal part that holds lubricating oil in a tapered gap of a fluid dynamic bearing. <P>SOLUTION: A bearing mechanism 2 includes a cap 25 for covering the outside face and the upper face of a sleeve, and an annular tapered part 2412 covering the outer periphery of the cap 25 and its diameter increased toward the upper direction. The tapered seal part 271 for holding the lubricating oil is formed in the tapered gap formed by the outside face of the cap 25 and the inside face 2414 of the annular tapered part 2412. In the tapered seal part 271, a first step 2417 is formed at an upper part of the inside face 2414 of the annular tapered part 2412, and a second step 2515 is formed at an upper part of the outside face of the cap 25. By these steps, the oil repellent agent can be easily applied in an appropriate range.
